4. Limitation of Liability
Azores Group will not be held liable for:

  • Any loss, damage, or injury arising from excursions, tours, or real estate services that involve third-party providers.

  • Interruptions or technical issues with the website or services, including booking disruptions, caused by factors outside of our control.

  • The accuracy or reliability of third-party content, including property listings, provided by users.
     

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Azores Group provides services "as is" and makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information on the site. We do not warrant that the site or services will always be available, error-free, or secure.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Azores Group reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via email or website announcement. Continued use of the site signifies acceptance of any changes.

Excursions & Tours

1. Booking Process
You can book excursions and tours through:

  • Our website, phone, or email.

  • Full payment is required upon reservation for excursions, while payment for tours is due after the tour's completion.
     

2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Excursions: Bank transfer and cryptocurrency.

  • Tours: Cash.
     

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Excursions: Cancellations are fully refundable if made 90 days before the excursion. Cancellations made after 90 days are non-refundable due to prior partner payments.

  • Tours: Cancellations are free at any time.

In the event of bad weather or travel disruption, excursions may be rescheduled but not canceled. No refunds are provided less than 90 days before the excursion, but we will work to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • Azores Group's partners are fully insured for the services provided.

  • We recommend clients purchase their own travel insurance, as Azores Group is not responsible for personal travel insurance coverage.

  • For activities such as 4x4 buggy tours, hiking, etc., third-party providers will provide any necessary waivers or liability releases.
     

5. Participation Requirements

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult for both excursions and tours.

  • Guests with disabilities requiring wheelchair access should inform us at least 90 days prior to the excursion. This service is provided free of charge if requested in advance, but costs €75 per week if requested later.
     

6. Health and Safety
Azores Group adheres to all health and safety protocols, including compliance with COVID-19 regulations. Travelers may be required to wear masks and follow local health guidelines during tours and excursions.

7. Data Collection
We collect the following information during bookings:

  • Names, emails, phone numbers, and passport details.

  • All data is encrypted and securely stored, and passport details are deleted one month after the excursion.
     

Real Estate Groups (Rentals & Sales)
1. Listing Requirements
Users posting real estate listings must include:

  • Property description (pricing, images, location, condition).

  • Contact details for inquiries.

Posting properties is free of charge.

2. Property Accuracy
Azores Group is not responsible for the accuracy of listings. While we inspect and analyze listings, the responsibility for providing accurate information lies solely with the user who submits the listing.

3. Dispute Resolution
Azores Group does not mediate or take responsibility for disputes between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, or any other transactions initiated through the site. Users must resolve disputes independently.

4. User Conduct
Users in our real estate groups are expected to:

  • Act with respect towards others.

  • Provide truthful and accurate information.

  • Refrain from posting offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.

  • Avoid harassment, spam, and malicious behavior.
     

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the group or termination of posting privileges.


Promotions and Marketing

1. Special Offers and Discounts
Any special offers or discounts will have their specific terms and conditions clearly outlined, including validity periods and usage limitations.

2. Affiliate Marketing and Third-Party Services
Azores Group may partner with other businesses or affiliates for promotional purposes. Any third-party services recommended by Azores Group are subject to their own terms and conditions, and Azores Group is not liable for their performance.


Payment Terms

1. Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels. Azores Group does not store payment details after processing.
2. Refunds
Refunds for excursions are available if cancellations are made 90 days before the excursion. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period, but we will do our best to reschedule the booking. Tours are refundable at any time before the scheduled date.

Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection and Use
Azores Group collects data for booking, marketing, and customer service purposes. Information such as names, emails, phone numbers, and passport details may be collected during bookings. Data is encrypted and securely stored.
2. Data Sharing
We do not share customer data with third parties, except when necessary for bookings or legal obligations. All data sharing is limited to our secure platform and affiliates (if relevant).
